Bump, Set, Saddle Up Coed 4s Grass Tournament & Fundraiser

A dear friend of mine wanted to bring together the two major loves in our lives that we share: volleyball + horses. We are both passionate about horse rescue and rehabilitation, and outdoor volleyball. Her goal was to bring our fellow volleyballers together for a good cause: a tournament & fundraiser that benefitted some of our local horse rescues. From that idea seed, a grass tournament on the farm grew to fruition, aptly named “Bump, Set, Saddle Up!” I volunteered my time and resources to help with the imagery for the tournament, and donated a page on my website as a sponsor to list the schedule of events, the vendors and tournament sponsors, and the silent auction items. I created donation QR codes for our event and the event program to hand out at the event, along with creating social media imagery. It was a successful first event, especially considering we got it up and running in 3 weeks! All around, we received great feedback from tournament participants and horse people alike. Here’s to a repeat event through the years that will benefit the sport of grass volleyball and our local horse rescues!
