2019 The Grilladelphian Logo Design and Sauce Labels

A client who dabbled in concocting homemade hot sauces was looking for a brand logo and labels for his different flavors of hot sauces. Since the client was originally from Philadelphia, there was a lot of hometown pride, so we wanted to incorporate a little of the feel of Philly in the logo. The idea was based around the name “The Grilladelphian,” because his hot sauces could be used for dabbing, dipping, and grilling, so I created imagery around a spatula grilling utensil and a famous Philly landmark – the Liberty Bell – with the tagline “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Flavor.” The imagery of the hot sauce labels were based on the main ingredients of the sauces, creating vector drawings for each.
