Although the client went with another designer, I had fun creating this logo proposal for a friend. Her husband maintains a fitness and lifestyle blog and social media following called Shorts & Sweatbands with the tagline, “Do work. Be rad.” The style of Shorts & Sweatbands is a throwback to the 1980’s when fitness attire included short shorts, tube socks, classic sneakers, sweatbands, leg warmers, leotards and tights.
